Amici di Esselunga is an inclusive design solution that bridging between the two-group member: Eelderly People and Unemployed Young People of the society. 

This system answers challenges that elderly people face in regard of loneliness, security while shopping in supermarket, and prejudices they might have towards unemployed young people by facilitating the young gig worker with opportunity while increasing their sense of belonging in the community.
